BIOGRAPHY

Here I present the works of the very last firing of my Norrsken kiln.

Wood-kiln, which has now disappeared during a disaster we suffered in August 2023.

Fire which also destroyed my workshop, the yoga studio and the tea area.

I will never forget the unload of this firing in the black smoking rubble of the buildings surrounding me.

I discovered these small works of granite melted at temperatures around 1380,1400 degrees C. ​

This last wood-firing concludes my study of firing with wood and water. ​ these ceramics, pastes of different granites and kaolin sands covered thickly with slips, laterites and mixed granites. ​ The wood-firing lasted 2 days and was wonderful.
